The Sport package is essentially the same but with white paint. There are several optional packages available New for this year are Midnight and Sport packages that add black seats, wheels, and black paint. It may not be the perfect vehicle for everyone, but it's the perfect vehicle for me.For a base model, the L trim offers a decent list of features. Some of the standard interior features include cloth upholstery, manual climate control, front bucket seats, a 7-inch touchscreen display, a 6-speaker sound system, etc. Plenty of room for the pets and crates too. It is easy to get in and out of and I have plenty of room to move and haul anything and everyone. I can go long distances with no discomfort. I have back issues and the seats in these vehicles are wonderful. 6' 3" inches in the back seat, no problem. It gets me from point A to point B safely and in comfort and all the tall people in my family can fit in this vehicle. Can't wait to see what … it does on the highway on a long trip! I like the Equinox so much I've bought two of them now. I'm getting 29.1 mpgs commuting, which is better than the 2011. Don't need all that, but it is fun to have. Heated seats, temperature control, running lights, etc. I found a gently used fleet vehicle they classified as LT w/ 1LT. I wanted the same body style I had - before the 2018 redesign. I had a 2011 Equinox LT that I traded in for a 2017. Very disappointed in our experience here. You would think that after spending close to 20k they would be a little more diligent. When you buy a car off the lot, you don't want to wait 2+ weeks to take it home. The cars here are fine, and the buying experience was reasonable, but for the experience AFTER buying our car, I would go somewhere else. I feel like this place doesn't know up from down, and their lack of communication and transparency shows it. So not only has it been 5 days since I bought my car, its going to take at least another week to get parts, and then the time it takes for repair.and there is no rental available? What horrible customer service. When we asked if we could get into a rental due to the extreme delay (as Eugene told us this would not be an issue), they said they have none. The parts needed were just ordered today, and apparently now its going to take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS until the parts even come in, let alone the time it takes for repairs. It's been 3 days since we last called, and we followed up to see if we could get into a rental car, since our car is taking longer than expected. We spoke to a woman named Emily who was extremely helpful (since Eugene was unavailable), and she informed us that our car would be ready within a week.įast forward to today. I would've loved if someone had called to relay this information to us, since we were unaware up until WE called THEM. When we finally called them, we learned that our car had not been repaired yet, even though it had been several days, and that they had to replace the entire bumper to repair the tail light. We told him we would pass on the rental, since he made it seem like the repairs would be fairly quick and easy. Eugene told us that he would call the next day with an ETA on when we could pick up, but that they had an abundance of rental cars they could put us into if we needed it. The car we ended up buying needed to have a tail light repaired and the windshield fixed for a small chip. Regardless, we still found another vehicle that we purchased. He immediately seemed annoyed, angry, and inconvenienced that we didn't want to buy the car that was at the very top of our price range. When we told him we wanted to look at some other cars, his demeanor completely changed. He seemed to be pushing us into a car that was at the very tip top of our budget, and even ran a credit check and started figuring out payments. Our salesman, Eugene, was very helpful.at first. My experience here started out fine.lots of cars at good prices, everyone was friendly. Located in Harrisonville, MO / 175 miles away from Wichita, KS
